Flipkart — refund amount of order no od[protected] | |||
Dear one I have order 2 product from flip kart on 1st sep19 amount debited from my credit card 505/-, alloy jewel set is received but i am canceled order of maroon flat and his kung of 244/- is not received in my account. I am many time call to your customer care they said amount is credited in account. But it is not show in my account. I have screenshot of my credit card statment where transaction of 505/- is made and 244/- of refund amount is not reflecting. Kindly help in it Was this information helpful? | |||
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Sep 14, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi, We are sorry to hear that you’ve not received the refund of your Product. The seller has refunded ₹ 244 on 04 Sep 19 and this should have been credited in your bank account by now. If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement of your bank account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card with the reference number in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell. | |||

My account statement is also enclosed from 30the Aug 2019 to 08/09/2019.
But my amount is not received.
I am given payment to flip kart and I can raise my complain to flip kart.
If you any proof against my payment transfer to bank ac then provide me same
