Flipkart — refund and return delay | |||
I ordered laptop from flipkart. Which was lenovo ideapad 330 with i5 8th gen processor and 8 gb of ram. Order id - od[protected]. I used credit card for payment received my order on 7th of june. I started opening the package while recording the video. I got a laptop of lenovo from the package but with different specifications. Which were' pentium silver processor and 4gb of ram '. I immediately requested for refund because return option was not available. They said that they will contact me in 72 hours. But they said we will solve your query by 15th of june but no from flipkart cam to pick my order. Then i contacted them again then they said they will solve my query till 20th of june. Again they exceed the time then they gave me time of 21th of june. When i again contacted them on 21st of june they said they will solve my query on 22nd of june. Still no serious action has been taken by them. I have sent several mails but the reply i only get was ' sorry, for you inconvenience we are working on your query. It has been 15 days till i requested for refund but no action has been taken by them. Was this information helpful? | |||
