[Resolved]  Flipkart — Refund approved by the seller/support but not initiated yet!

One of the specialists reached out to me on 22nd October and offered refund of 25012 for one of the undelivered/unsent pixel 4a. I asked him that there were two products I didn't receive. He told me that he was authorized to do refund for one of the units as the complaints were registered separately. He assured me that he or some other agent will contact me on 23rd October (refund promised date) and provide refund for the other pixel 4a.

Been 4 days, till today (27th October - resolution date). I have been calling them for updates all along and till now no updates from them. There's still a missing refund of ₹ 25011 for the other Pixel 4a.

The total refund should have been ₹ 50023 for the unsent items. But only ₹ 25012 is provided. Still waiting for the ₹ 25011 refund. It hasn't even initiated yet and why did they give me a false hope.

Please issue the pending refund for the unsent pixel 4a. Please don't delay this further. I'm already disappointed in you guys. I'm already regretting coming to Flipkart for my purchases. Please don't make me lose hope in your humanity. This is my hard-earned money that I've been saving for the past two years to buy something nice for my family. Please don't steal it from me.

Issue resolved by me through constant bickering with them and INGRAM - NCH helped push things along the way.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

This is not a duplicate complaint but a followup from my previous missing/undelivered complaint.

They already promised refund for both the undelivered/unsent items but till now only partial refund provided. Total should be 73496 for the entire order. For missing items, its 50, 023 out of which only 25012 has been initiated but not credited yet. And 25011 for the other is not yet initiated.

No updates from the support or the seller. I have also asked for device details so that I could create a CSR and file an FIR against the missing mobiles. It was even suggested by Flipkart support team.

I still haven't received any device details nor the refund they promised almost a week ago.

It has been a month since I placed this order. Throughout the month, I haven't received a single proper response from their support team except on 22nd and that too turned out to be a false promise.
