[Resolved] Flipkart — refund delay by flipkart on bbd sales | |
Against order no OD[protected], which was cancelled on 11th Oct 2018, refund was promised by flipkart by 15th October. The amount is yet to be credited to my bank. When contacting customer care, they only say that refund has been issued by the seller, but the same is immaterial for me as I have not received the same in my bank. When I ask them to give bank transaction id for the transfer, they just parrot that refund has been issued by the retailer. This is really frustating delay tactic of flipkart and will only wane away the customer. If the company is under impression that they are monopoly in online selling, they cant think that and take customers for granted as always its customer who help them achieving the heights they are reaching.
