[Resolved] Flipkart — refund for the order id od[protected] | |||
I have ordered a van's shoes on 22nd december. But since i was having problem with the shoes like size, authenticity and packaging so i applied for refund. But the courier company (Dotzot) keep on cancelling the refund by taking my name.in fact they were sending the "out for delivery" and "cancelling" reason both they r sending together and the most surprising thing is they r concealing by taking my name. Uptil now they have not consulted me and they r doing on their own. Now they have been doing this for the past 25 days i m really disappointed with flipkart because i called the customer executive more than 5 to 7 times and everytime they r just assuring me that they will resolve the matter but so far nothing happened. I m a regular customer of flipkart but this time i m very very disappointed with the service. I hope that u will look into the matter seriously because if i will not get the refund within a month then i will not be able to apply for refund itself. This way company is just doing their monopoly as a customer do i have any rights or not. Was this information helpful? | |||

We seen your complaint "DotZot — money return back". As per our process we do not pick up any return shipment without the specific instruction of the sender. Since the Dotzot airway number is not mentioned we are unable to check.
