We purchased a tv for around 20, 000. The first piece screen was defective ao they sent replacement which was defective too. So we asked for refund. They said technician will come check and once he confirms produxt defective then they will refund money. Its been more than a month and there has been no technician visit so far. We have chatted and called the flipkart CUSTOMER service but they are simply lying saying return request yet to be processed other agent told us its already processed, other agent said some guy will be coming today only other agent told us some date so.we are hearing different stories from flipkart but no refund yet. When we call they put is on hold indefintely or cut the call. I am writing to you out of frustration at this ### flipkart company who are cheating CUSTOMERs like me.
