[Resolved] Flipkart — refund is not credited | |
I'd paid for a phone[Order ID: OD[protected]] on Flipkart on 6th march. But due to some reasons I'd to canceled my order. It was said by Flipkart that refund is initiated by seller and they gave me refrence no. and said refund should be credited from 6 to 13 March but after the date it has not been still credited. Details are as following Refrence no.: QUR[protected] Refund Initiated : 6th March Payment Mode: Debit Card And ask me to contact my bank, the amount is still not reflected in my account, I have contacted multiple times to flipkart, they gave me every time the refrence number and ask me to bank to trace the amount, but my boi bank says myself should contact flipkart as they do not find those reference number or arn valid to trace from bank branch. Please help me out of this, do the needful to credit the refund to my account. Was this information helpful? | |
