[Resolved] Flipkart — refund is not received by flipkart | |
I placed an order on 5th december and the order id is od[protected]. The total price of the order was rs. 469/-. Within which rs. 373/- was included from my wallet and rest rs. 96/- i paid through sbi net banking. Next day the order was cancelled automatically by flipkart and in order details it is shown that "₹96.0 as refund will be transferred to your bank account by tue, dec 10. For any questions, please contact your bank with reference number igahpcqsu9." yesterday was 10th december and the money was not received. Today i called flipkart customer care and told about it. They suggested me to ask my bank with the reference number. According to them i called my bank customer care the replied the they can't help with this reference number as no transaction is shown by this number. I wrote about this matter to flipkart again but no response is received from there end. Please let me know how can i get my money back. Please take my complain against flipkart and do needful.
