[Resolved] Flipkart — refund issue and paying without product delivery | |||
Product returned not refunded yet. Product was purchased using Bajaj finserv and not completed the refunding. I have purchased a mobile from flipkart by exchange offer, but at the time of delivery they said that my mobile is not eligible for the exchange procedure, so I had returned the product. The product purchase was early paid using Bajaj finserv card. As if now flipkart has not yet completed the refunding procedures. Not I'm paying for the not purchased product. It would have reflected in your credit card by 15 Nov 19. Request you to note down the refund reference number CS[protected]. If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement of your bank account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card with the reference number in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell. Your kind understanding is appreciated. | |||
