[Resolved]  Flipkart — refund issue / id blocked without intimation

Had purchased one redmi note 5 pro which seller cancelled but till date no refund processed, instead they mentioned in remark that they have processed my refund on 28th may 2018, but till date no refund reflects in my acount. Despite followup they have now blocked my id without any notice...

This is fraud case & they are looting customer money & keep with them for days for return interest.

Message received for Refund has been credited on account on 18th May 2018, which in reality has never been credited.
I have all proofs & recording of your customer care execs who have misguided in multiple ways, Also i have a Snapshot of my order which shows refund has been credited.
Since you have not refunded my money my amount on credit card has been blocked & its my loss of 42000rs which i was supposed to do & on the other hand my due date is also gone who will bear the late payment charges???

I have odered Jackly 3 in 1 Ratchet and my ID is FMPC[protected] and today your deliver boy demand on cash payment instead of credit card/ PAY TM or other cash less .
