[Resolved] Flipkart — refund issue with flipkart

I have cancelled 2 products asked for refund. Till now i havent received money.

When i enquired they asked me to raise a dispute with bank. No response from flipkart team. I am following with bank finally bank said there is no refund initiated from flipkart when i raised this issue with flipkart they are telling they have addressed this issue.

Very disappointing service from flipkart

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer complain was refund not received for the transaction on Flipkart website, so apologized and after checking the details we came to know that payment was void, means we did not received the payment, so requested customer to get in touch with bank, if issue not resolved requested to raise a chargeback and closed the case.
