Hello Sir/Madam, I have purchased Samsung galaxy on Nxt phone in the month of 23 Sep 2017. while delivery courier person cancelled my order. but till date i didn't receive my refund from Flipkart. they have provided transaction Id same inquired in my SBI credit card customer care they mentioned no refund from Flipkart. Flipkart cheating customers for giving fake dates and ids of transactions. one more order on 13th Feb 2018 micro max phone by mistakenly ordered. still no refund from Flipkart. please take a issues on high priority. please solve my issues and refund my balance amount. any documents required for process please let me know. Verified Support Feb 25, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response We had interacted with the customer informed that the seller has refunded the complete amount and informed the TAT. Customer may contact bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of customer's card in case further assistance required. If they are unable to help, customer may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell.
