[Resolved] Flipkart — Refund /Missing Mobile Phone | |
Hello Dear Sir, I have purchased Mobile phone Order ID : OD[protected] Infinix Hot 10 Play (7 Purple, 64 GB) From Flipkart Which I pay for this ₹8999 But Unfortunately Mobile Is Missing inside the Shipment I contact to Flipkart Customer Support I was asked to wait 72 hours. But No One has Reply with update within 72 Hours. Again I contact their team Than I have Receive Call to their Team As per Conversation on Call Flipkart will Provide Refund in My Bank Account on 16 September But when I haven't Receive My Refund Than I contact Again Than I was asked to wait more 72hours Between this time I have Receive Email for Share the Bank Details Again. Because due to their technical Reason Refund Couldn't processed . Also I shared Bank Details with Refund Otp Again after few Time. But after their timeline has passed Flipkart has Blocked My Account When I contact they can't help me Anything About This Issue . I telling them please arrange the call to thei Seniors team But No Respond has receive to their Side Lastly I approach you.
