[Resolved] Flipkart — refund not come in my bank account | |||
I will not get my refund in bank account. I am purchased a book and do online payment. Then i cancelled it after 10 minutes on 6th august 2019. I will not get my refund today as 15th augusti will not get my refund in bank account. I am purchased a book and do online payment. Then i cancelled it after 10 minutes on 6th august 2019. I will not get my refund today as 15th august. I call flipkart customer care they say that your refundvhas been initiated on 8th august you contact with your bank. Then i call to bank customer i give all detail they told me that we have not any problem in your bank account please contact with the company that give you refund. We are sorry for the trouble you had to go through. We’d like to let you know that the seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on 07 Aug 19 and should be reflecting on your credit card by now. If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, you may contact the bank's customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card with the reference number (QSM[protected]). If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell. Hence, closing the complaint from our end. | |||
