[Resolved]  Flipkart — refund not done even after promise

Hi i am regular customer of flipkart but recently regarding my returned product they haven't refunded after their deadline then i called many times they kept me on wait after that they mailed and sms me on 17 march 2019 a link to update my bank account details for refund as they said that account details were incorrect, i said no they are not incorrect as i recently received my other product s refund on the same but if you insist i will update. But for updating i need access my flipkart account that you blocked they said they will resolve issue of account access asap but today 17 march 2019 they mailed me that they will not allow me access my account, that in itself mean that they will allow me update my bank account and as per there say they will not refund also. What kind of behavior is this where they will keep product and money of product with them. They are firstly cheating customer then looting them no credibility of there words. Plz look into matter and please refund asap.

On 14 I called them they said they escalate the issue as refund was to be done by 13 so due date is gone by so we escalate on high priority but then on 15 they sent link to me on my number 805459**** so that I can update my bank account but as I told you before that they have blocked my access to my Flipkart account so I couldn't open my account to update my bank account hence they indirectly keeping my money with them by having excuse of account updation on one side but on other not letting me update it by stopping my access to my Flipkart account.so they are fooling me around.

On 15 March 2019 they mailed me
We would like to let you know that the refund for your cash-on-delivery order for Oxolloxo Casual Half Sleeve Solid Women's Grey Top with order ID OD[protected] has failed due to incorrect account details and we have sent you an SMS to your registered mobile number that contains a link where you are required to fill in your account details for the refund to be re-initiated. Once the details are filled in the link, the refund of Rs.314/- will be automatically re-initiated and you will be able to see it in your account within 5 business days from the date you fill these details.

Then on 15 I called them and told that are you kidding, if I can't access my Flipkart account how can I update my bank account., they said they understand issue and further escalate it as customer can't update the bank account details as the Flipkart account login is unsuccessful or blocked.

Then on 16 I called twice in morning and evening they said be patient they are working on it and now on 17 March they mailed me that you account has been blocked and you can't access anymore .ok then ask them how can I update my bank account details and have refund.or you want me to oblige you with my product and it's refund also.
When you put a policy across it shouldnot be biased, it should be mutual. You can block someone from further purchase, but how can you retrospectively enforce it on 30 days return policy by taking my right away of 30 day return that I can enforce on each product separately till it ends, if you do so then you are breaching 30 days return policy by blocking my account that's too without my knowledge and prior notice.When while opening my account you needed my consent then why when came the turn of blocking, you became the king. Also you took away my right of refund after my return .no authority in country will support you on this biased behavior, you are illegally manipulating you terms and conditions that you can't prove in any court of law as it only talk about you and you, it's you who made them, implement them, manipulate them.
