[Resolved] Flipkart — refund not initiated from them | |
Dear sir I have ordered a smartphone on may 3rd in flipkart.com and i have paid that through my wife's credit card. I ordered this for my wife and she is now residing in mumbai. The next day the flipkart team send me a mail that they have cancelled my order because the seller have limited quantity. They will initiate my refund with in 3 days. After 3 day i have contacted them by chat facility in their application and they said me that they will solve my problem with 11th may. At 11th may i have contacted them again i have asked them about my problem and they said they will solve the issue in 13 th may. But today 12th may i have received an email from them that the items and they are saying that i haves ordered not for my personal use so that they disabled my flipkart account and i will not be able to login that account. I tried to login but failed. Sir how can they know that the items i have ordered not for my use and i never make an agreement with them like that and until now i did not get my refund I here request you to consider my application and advice me the solution Yours faithfully Shiju k john Was this information helpful? | |
