Flipkart — Refund not issued for a cancelled product

I had ordered a Thomson 65 inch smart tv from Flipkart on 16th October vide Order ID - OD[protected] but cancelled it on the same day itself since I changed my mind on the purchase. The status on app also confirmed that the product is cancelled and that a refund of the amount would be issued. However, since then the refund is still pending to be credited. I raised this with Flipkart support on 9th November and was told that the same would be resolved by 13th November which didn’t happen. The bank has debited my credit card so I will have to pay if this doesn’t get resolved in the next 2 to 3 days.
