I ordered a Flipkart smartbuy Ares ironing board and i received a defective product on June 14 2022.So i returned the product and i was not happy with the product quality.The pickup was done on June 16 2022.One hour after pickup i got a message from ekart to my mobile that return has been cancelled.They have mentioned it as product mismatched (I returned the original product with original packaging which i received).But they have wrongly updated it.They didn't call or informed me regarding this.They took the product and my return and refund got cancelled and i don't have a product now.So i called Flipkart customer support and registered a complaint on June 16 2022.They told they will resolve the issue by June 21 2022.On June 21 i received a message issue will be resolved by June 22.Again my issue not resolved.Again i called Flipkart customer care they told within 24 to 48 hours.I didn't receive any update.Then on June 25 2022 i dm to Flipkart support social media page.Then next day i received a message that my issue will be resolved by June 30.My issue not resolved.One of the executive called me on June 29 she told within 48 hours i will receive an update.But still i didn't receive any update.Today is July 2 Flipkart has not resolved my issue.I have been waiting for the last 15 days for my refund.I request Flipkart to refund the amount Rs.1613 asap.
