[Resolved]  Flipkart — refund not processed even after a month

Hi, i am a plus customer on flipkart.
I ordered a nike slipper on 7th dec 2019 and was supposed to be delivered on 9th dec 2019. However the status of the order dis not change from ordered to anything. When contacted was advised to cancel, however the app is not working properly and the status reverses back to order. Informed the same to customer support and they told me the technical team will cancel the ticket from backend but so far even after multiple followup, no refund. Please help.
