[Resolved] Flipkart — refund not processing | |||||
I ordered rdp thinbook laptop from flipkart on 20 october. I was delivered a dead laptop on 26 october. I placed refund request. But they sent me replacement after repeated calls to their customer care. The replacement received is also dead. I placed refund request again. They keep rescheduling technician visits. Technician visit has been cancelled 3-4 times now. They are not processing my request further. Both the time i received seal broken laptops. Boxes of the laptop were in very bad condition. Verified Support Dec 07, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response The customer complaint about the Defective Product. We had interacted with the customer and processed the refund and same is completed from our end. Hence closing the complaint from our end.
