Flipkart — Refund Not Provided : Account Blocked

Hello sir,
I am Plus Member of Flipkart. My account has been blocked by Flipkart.
I was trying to return a single product for last 2 months and also return request was made by Flipkart team not by me because product was different but seller didn't approved the return request.
My return request was cancelled 10 times due to seller in last 2 months but still i had a hope that Flipkart will refund my money.
But Flipkart have processed my return request in last 2 months While the return request timed out. They told me that my return request seller will accept and i will get my refund but they have blocked my account now.
seller rejected my request again and again. If i request a return for many products then it will be against their policy but the return was for a single product because seller didn't approve it. But they didn't provide me any refund instead of they have blocked my account.
Please unblock my account and provide me my money back.
