How many returns are permitted.Is it on a monthly basis, yearly basis or from the date of account opening...
You have not even sent an alert via SMS or mail on the number of returns..how can u block without information

Policy should be fair...From years together i am having an account not opened it from last few months for u to calculate the returns...
Apart from these your people had failed to deliver items and had marked it as delivered..So for issuing refund your own customer care people have created 4 products as returned..
So i[censored] count that i still have 4 nos. of returns after which u shd block account..Though u dont know what ur return count shd be for a customer...
I am not able to see my refund details..Provide me that..also
Flipkart coins of around 750 was also present...
Provide me all the refund details and the
flipkart coin redemption.even i am not interested in having account with u who dont respect customer...
Temporarily u unblock ..I will verify returns and then u can block it

Going to a new year u act like a company who are known to cheat ppl
Improve in new year and provide resolution..dont cheat ppl..
