[Resolved] Flipkart — Refund not received after cancellation of product | |||||
I had purchased one hearing aid from flipkart worth 899.00. On the day item was delivered, I checked and found material was of very poor quality and no benefit using this device. So I requested for return and refund. Executive called me to clarify and confirmed the amount would be refunded in 5 working days. When I checked my flipkart account, then saw refund was cancelled by Flipkart without any reason. Now flipkart is just making customers fool and keeping money from them just showing their return policy. I will purchase no item from flipkart now. Was this information helpful? | |||||
