[Resolved]  Flipkart — refund not received by flipkart indian bank debit card

On 23 jun, i paid for an order of a mobile mi mix 2 from flipkart website through my indian bank debit card, after one day, the order got cancelled, and i got a message that refund has been processed by seller on 24 jun. And flipkart support told that the money will be credited by jul 2, now it has been 7 july and i haven't received any refund from the flipkart seller.

I tried contacting the flipkart customer support but they told me that the money has been credited by the seller to your account, and i raised an issue from their support center. Then i got a mail that you need to contact your bank to get your refund. Then i contacted my bank, they told me that they need the arn no, as the transaction was made using indian bank debit card. Then i contacted flipkart support but they didn't tell me anything more. Now i have been stuck in this situation where i haven't got any refund for my payment. Please help me in this issue because both flipkart and indian bank are not hearing my complaint. I have attached the proofs below. If this complaint reaches to flipkart, then please send my money back. The bank is not raising my issue so i expect if flipkart could help me by giving the detail of payment done by seller

However, the seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on 24 Jun 20 and should be reflecting in your account by now. Please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction of your account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care with the refrence number[protected] using the number mentioned on the back of your card in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell. Your understanding is appreciated.
