[Resolved] Flipkart — refund not received even after 11 days | |||||
For order OD[protected] of amount 412 i have not received any refund so far. Wrote on facebook, wrote on twitter for several times. Raised complaint via email twice with complaint numbers IN[protected] and Incident: IN[protected] and auto response prompts to get back in 24 hours, it has been 7 days and no one cared to get back. I paid through flipkart wallet balance, but even then i did not receive any money. How pathetic and cheat company flipkart has become! Shame on the entire team. For 412 they are cheating and fooling long term loyal customers like me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Jan 21, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Got resolved as soon as i posted here and mailed them again for 3rd time. Their services suck and not at all a customer centric site, their rivals are far better in customer service and after sales services. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Feb 04, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
