I have exchange phone value 3050/- rupees not yet received. Below is product order details. OD[protected]. Flipkart support team marked the issue as resolved but I haven't received refund yet. Kindly help to get refund as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

On 30 th April I received a call from flipkart support team member Arghadeep Ghosh. He asked me to share complete issue. I have told me all details. He was talking very sensible and told me by 2may he will call back and resolve my issue but today again have to take follow up with Flipkart support team. This is not good support and service Flipkart is providing. I am taking follow up since last 1 months. Which is not acceptable.
Kindly provide the update on the issue.
Keep me posted on call and email.
