[Resolved] Flipkart — refund not yet initiated | |
Incident: in[protected] I raised return request for moto g5 plus. And i recieved sms for from flipkart for pickup on sept 10. Mobile was given to the pickup person. He did not give the ack or any confirmation. This concern is already raised with the team. I donot see any resolution on this from 1 month. Attached the sms for pickup. Worst experience with flipkart.
Kindly ask EKART to have a background check or verify the wishmster whom they send to be truthful. He took the phone and now claiming that they haven't picked up.
They are fooling innocent people.
Fed up of following with the teamfor 2 month approx. Lost 12k for ordering from flipkart.
Never gonna use flipkart again.
I request all the consumers to be carefull whenever you request for refurn.
