I order for Mi smart (MRB13) 7L Ro+ UV water purifier on 12.10.2019 and cancelled on 13.10.2019 abd informed as Rs11999/- will be added to my debit card by October 24. but refund is not added to my debit card or account due to which loan amount is showing against on my name in bank and bank is remainding me to pay EMI .orded id. oD[protected]. kindky refubd amount and add to my account

We are sorry to hear that you’ve not received the refund of your Product. The seller has refunded ₹ 11999 on 13 Oct 19 and this should have been credited in your credit card account by now. If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement of your bank account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card with the reference number in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell.
