[Resolved] Flipkart — refund of the products | |||
I ordered two products (Pampers dipper & lotus cream) on 15/03/2018 but unfortunately, i cancelled the order by 16/03/2018 and its got confirmed from flipkart side and they said i will get my refund back by 19/03/2018 in my bank which i paid through now it’s been almost one month and i didn't get my refund every time i call them they said that we register your compliant and forward to concern department but no solution please help me i already lost money with amazon Was this information helpful? | |||
Jun 5, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Apr 16, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
Verified Support May 05, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response We spoke to the customer, he informed that the refund is not completed. Later we confirmed with the customer that the refund is successful. Closing the case from our end.
