[Resolved] Flipkart — refund payment not received | |||||
Dear sir, I purchased a mobile by name real me 5 pro (128 gb) on 24th of march and due to lockdown i assumed that it is not going to be delivered so i cancelled my prepaid order with order id : od[protected] as it was cancelled on the same day i didn't get my refund till now. When i asked they are telling that the refund is already processed and will reflect by april 1 but it was not true and they also gave me the reference number for deposit but it was not valid in the bank's website. Tell them to refund my amount with penalty as they charge for their flipkart pay later if we make delay Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||||
