Hi,
i ordered 3 piece suit from flipkart and orderid is:"od[protected]".
I didn't like the product and raised return request immediate. I made call to flipkart and customer support person said that your request got stuck due to technical issue and cannot be proceeded. He suggested to cancel current request and raised new one. I did same and my return request he cancelled out. But didn't raise new return request.
As return period is over, i can't raise new request. I tried to call flipkart since last 6 days but din't get reposne. Everytime they are saying you will get call in 24-48 hours.
I also dropped mail many times to "[protected]@flipkart.Com", "grievance.[protected]@flipkart.Com" and "cs.[protected]@flipkart.Com" but everytime, new incident number is creating but no updtae from flipkart. Below are few incident numbers:
