We have purchased MICROMAX LED tv from flipkart.com which was delivered with broken screen. Installation technician accepted the fault and my refund request was approved. Amount will be refunded once they pickup the delivered tv. But no one has approached for pickup. After chasing much via emails and phone calls on flipkart toll free numbers, we were given timelines of 30-oct-14, 1-nov-14, 7-nov-14 and now they have extended it to 11-nov-14.
We are not assured about the same after this false commitments.
My amount of approx 21750 is blocked.
Please look into the matter and help us.

Thanks for responding.
In continuation with trail mail, I would like to mention that my first priority is replacement of my purchase and not refund. I would like to wait for about 15 days if you are trying for replacement.
If replacement not possible, my refund is required in my bank account instead of wallet.
Please look into it and respond.

You can use your wallet balance, which has unlimited validity, as a prepaid mode of payment for your future orders for the products sold by WS Retail on our website.
The pick-up of the product will happen in 3 business days and our courier partner will get in touch with you regarding the pick up time.
Kindly return the product in the brand box you received it in with the MRP tag if any.
