[Resolved] Flipkart — refund related query | |||
I have cancelled one item (Order ID- OD[protected]. I was told to get my refund (Refund ID[protected] by 11th October, 2019. But still the money has not been credited to my account. I have lodged an issue yesterday but still didn't get any response from your customer care services. Kindly resolve the issue and credit my money asap. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Oct 17, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi, We are sorry to let you know that your order for Sony Bravia R202F 80cm (32 inch) HD Ready LED TV has been canceled due to unforeseen reasons. We request you to place a fresh order. However, the seller has completed the refund on 01 Oct 19 and it should have been reflected by now. Hence, closing the complaint from our end. You will be happy to know that the refund amount has been transferred on 01 October and should have been credited to your account by now as per the standard banking procedures.
