Dear Team, I have ordered Redmi note 5Pro(6Gb Ram Blue 64GB) on 11thoct18/ 8:14am, payment also approved, seller also processed order, I have received message from flip kart also your product will deliver on 14thoct18.But as on date I am not even receive single update from flip kart. I have spoken to Customer care also, they said you will receive before18oct2018, in my order status showing 12thOct2018 product has been delivered & received in Pallipalayam hub, Erode Dt, Tamilnadu. pls find the attachment for your ref. Past 4days I am waiting for my product, I have check with Ekart executive he says your product has been damaged, so we cancelled from our end, but he not met me & not see my exchange product also regarding this, also he is sending some other mobile photo to my whatsup, but its not my exchange mobile, I am really got lot of pain regarding this issue. I need extra 20% offer for my exchange because I have paid in my credit card pls do the needful for this issue. I am speaking for all customers facing issue like this.
