[Resolved]  Flipkart — regarding delivery of fake product instead of ps4

I ordered a sony ps4 1tb on flipkart dated: 24th aug 2018 and made online payment to seller i. E: retailnet
On 28th aug 2018 i received this package by some other seller and the package that i have received contains a wooden box instead of ps4.
I have contacted the seller from whome i have received the package still there is no response from his end.
I have all the snaps with me regarding the product that i have received.
Which is a clear proof that i have been mugged from the seller end.
Kindly provide me the clarification regarding two things:
1. Why the different seller has delivered the product if the payment and order is made to you.
2. What are steps you people take from receiving the order to delivering the product.
Still i've not receved any clarification regading by refund or replacement of the product.

Customer raised a complaint stating that customer account has been blocked. We have interacted with the customer and informed that customer request for return can not be initiated due to high number of returns. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.

Then kindly show me the data regarding the same.
If the number of purchased made from ur website will be less than my returns i'll not ask for any kind of payment.
Plz share the total order history of my profile n the returns as well so that u can justify ur statement.
