[Resolved]  Flipkart — Regarding different serial number of ipad purchased in 2012.

I had purchased ipad mini dated 29.12.2012. I am using that
Ipad till now. My ipad got locked recently. I took help from apple
Support. They asked me to provide invoice as well as the bill for
Authentication. I sent my invoice for authentication. But i surprising came to know that the serial number in the invoice was not matching with my ipad serial number. Apple customer care people asked me to contact flipkart for the fresh invoice. I contacted flipkart, but their officials told me that since this was an ild order so they cannot help me. I mailed them several times but no result. Their official told me to hard format the ipad and login with new user name and password. But this will be abreach of faith between me and apple.

Moreover, the warranty of your Apple 16GB iPad Mini with Wi-Fi (Black and Slate) has expired on[protected] and the invoice would be helpful only if the product is within the warranty period. We would like to thank you for your understanding.
