[Resolved]  Flipkart — Regarding Incident Number: IN[protected]

Hello Team,

I ordered product Magnum Trolley bag 77 cm and received different product on 7th September. I get in touch with the executive and raised return and refund request and they gave me 72 hrs deadline which already completed on 9th September. After that i again reached out to them asking for an update on my request they said that we're looking for your problem we require more 24 hrs but today its 5th day but no response received from there end and when i contacted flipkart team they said that pls wait our team will get in touch with you.

Am fed up, there is no one who can assist me on this. I paid whole payment and recived different product. Cant understand are they really dumb or they tried to make fool to people. I sent an email with all the proof attached to that email still didn't receive any response.

Kindly look into this Urgent issue.

Initially i was able to contact flipkart team but from today morning onward whenever i tried contacting them, automated voice says that we are unable to connect experiencing network issue.
@flipkart team kindly look into this issue
