[Resolved] Flipkart — regarding not replacement of mobile | |||||
I order a product that was honor 9n mobile its order number is od[protected] i found some default in it and raise a replacement request but some days no response come from flipkart, then i call flipkart care then a service visit to me and the neglect to replace the product now i am so upset to make many call to flipkart now i want to return it and i want my money back Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Sep 19, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Seller had arranged tech visit to check if the product is working fine or not. As per the technician report after analyzing the handset, he informed that there is no problem in the handset. Hence, the return was cancelled. Customer came back and informed that to process with refund. As per seller's 10 days replacement policy, we informed the customer that we can request for replacement again and technician visit will be arranged again but customer didn't agree. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
