I am having 70000 limit of Paylater account.On 6th Feb 3 transaction happened to my Paylater account. 1st was of Rs 11150, 2 nd was of 2911 and 3rd was of Rs 673. I was talking to Flipkart customer care and reporting the first fraud transaction which happened to my account suddenly 2 and 3 Rd transaction happened, i reported them with the 3 fraud transaction happening to my account but no one helped and told me it's your account and you are making payment, if i am making payment why would I ask to stop and look into payment, upon asking again and again they told payment is done on Bharat bill pay and they can't do anything on this and i need to complain it to cyber crime . If you people can't make people account safe why are you providing such facilities and making us fool. Now the bill is generated and i am asked to make payment before 5th of March and if i don't they will charge me with intrest on it and will impact my cibil. When i have not made payment why I need to pay and suffer, a big giant on e-commerce platform is not secure such a big fraudster company you people are.I also mailed and called many a times but till date no one helped.
