[Resolved] Flipkart — regarding product of flipkart

My cousin sister rashmi mishra purchased one mobile phone from flipkart website date of purchase is[protected]. Mobile price rs.829. I get deliver this product on 6 jan 2018. But when i open deliver i got empty box means no mobile inside. I compliant to flipkart website. The customer service take my compliant and tell me wait 20 jan 2018. But now i get mail that flipkart denied my refund and one more thing flipkart close my account. So i can, t login.in my flipkart wallet rs 278 balance remaining so, iam not able to login and use my account. Kindly refund my 829rs mobile + my 279 rs in flipkart wallet. I have enclose all detail in below. My sister mobile number is[protected]. Please help me regarding this issue.
