[Resolved] Flipkart — regarding product return and refund

I brought a Laptop from FLIPKART online website which is not performing as mentioned on the Website Product Details. Laptop is too slow and taking approximately 20 Mins to TURN ON each time after Reboot. Laptop is hanging and Too Slow with any Software's loaded in it. Working on MS Excel with huge Data and Formulas are too slow. Now, when I am requesting for the return request as per Policy they are cancelling the request stating to get the problem fixed using Warranty, while Dell Support engineer is stating that only Hardware problem is covered under warranty and software cannot be done. Please support under this fraudulent case of providing in appropriate information in website and selling the products.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered is defective. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on[protected]. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
