[Resolved] Flipkart — regarding refund on my msi laptop | |||
During big big billion days of sept.2019, i bought Msi laptop i5 9th gen, then the next day, i cancelled it and asked for refund, later on the promised date was of 11th october 2019 but now its 15th october 2019 then also refund not initiated, from 3 days i am calling flipkart customer care service, they all say that refund is completed, i am asking them for transactions id then they says its not mentioned there, they are extending it that our team will contact you... Verified Support Oct 16, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi, We are sorry for the trouble caused. The seller has confirmed that a refund has been completed on 01 Oct 19 and this should have been credited in your bank account by now. If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement of your bank account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card with the reference number in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell.
