I have ordered one computer table and I received it on 12 Nov in damaged condition so on the same day i made a customer support complaint for replacement as I don’t able to see replacement option in my oder details as product delivery status was not changed and after making 2-3 complaint it got changed on 20Nov so i just raised replacement request till then i am daily raising a complaint and talking to customer support team but they simply saying sry for inconvenience just wait for 48hrs ur problem will be resolved but its been almost 1 month till yet i didn’t get my replaced order I contacted to seller as well and share all the info regarding damaged part he is also making fool just saying wait 2-3 days every time when i trying to reach them flipkart promised me max by 8th nov ur prob will resolved any how but now also they asking for 14th Nov time is this joke or what.
Very disappointed with this kind of pathetic service provided by Flipkart i never bought any product in future with 3rd class site. When i called to customer care and asked them to transfer my call to ur senior escalation team member so they simply said we don’t have permission to transfer call i do have phone recording of it. What a fraud service provider Flipkart is.
