Dear Sir, I Purchased one Pen Drive 32Gm Sony from Flipkart, but it was found not working, hence forwarded request for replacement the products. Today I received a call from your EKART delivery and pickup service person- [protected], I have talk with him to pick up the parcel from our delivery address, but he has been refused to come. And also talking like nonsense language. Bahut gardiya bath kiya usne, so I want to take action on this. Order No- OD[protected] Ordered on - 13.09.2018. Need your support if its possible from you. Verified Support Sep 22, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Cx raised a complaint regarding pickup of the product. We contacted cx and cx confirmed product is picked and refund also cx received. Feedback taken for WM and closing the complaint.
