I ordered my new mobile vivo v11 in exchange with redmi note 3. My order i'd:- od[protected] The delivery boy rejected my redmi note 3 and said the side molding is not up to the mark. My mobile is totally scratch less, not broken from any side, screen is also scratch less and good, overall mobile is matching the flipkart terms and conditions. Kindly revert back. Nov 25, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Oct 23, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the order placed was cancelled and not delivered. We have interacted with the customer and and informed that order was cancelled due not met exchange guideline. Feedback noted for mishap. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
