Flipkart — remote is not working

Hi,

I bought New onida 109.22 cm (43 inch) full hd led smart tv on May 4rth. After two months the remote stopped working and am not able to acces anything in Tv. I have raised the issue several times but no response please resolve this issue ASAP.
