[Resolved]  Flipkart — replacement for redmi note 5 pro mobile

My self maya prabhat nair. I had purchased a redmi note 5 pro in the date of 12th december2018 and my order id is od[protected]. I had a problem with the mobile was that one day it suddenly got switched off i placed a complaint on flipkart customer care and they asked me to call the redmi's customer care and i contacted them and the problem was sloved for only one day then again the phone got switched off and this is the issue with the mobile and i want it to be replaced. So i kindly request you to do the needfull as soon as possible or else i will have to file a complaint in consumer court.
