[Resolved] Flipkart — Replacement not done within committed time | |||||
I bought a washing machine from flipkart on 7th may. It was delivered on 9th or 10th may but it was damaged product, so I requested for replacement. There is 10 days replacement warranty but product is still not been replaced. Flipkart executives keep me giving false commitment for replacement dates every time I call customer care. Today also I have got 1 more commitment from them. I ask for the compensation for the delay and harassment I suffered for these many days but they are denying any compensation. My mother's health is not well so I ordered this item but because of the delayed replacement I had to hire a maid for which I had to bare 2000rs. Was this information helpful? | |||||
