[Resolved] Flipkart — Replacement of dead mobile received | |
I ordered poco c3 on 18 sept with order id OD[protected] with my registered mobile number [protected]. I received phone on 25 th of September and the phone was dead it was not turning on. I requested for replacement but flipkart called me and told the seller don't have phone so you can raise refund and I did same. But the next day the product is available with heigher price of around 1200 and now if I order I will be at loss. So I called them to arrange replacement and they are not helping . Now I wasted a lot of time and also the price is raised and the amount I recieved is in flipkart wallet . So I want either they Arrange for replacement or give me the same product at earlier price or else I want them to convert the gift card to actual balance in my bank account. and the total price I paid then was Rs. 5449, but 1 day later the seller cancelled the order and I recieved the refund today but now when I want to order it again I am seeing a bill of Rs. 6549 so now i will have to pay Rs.1100 extra. Seems flipkart's offers are just for show and not for actual buying. Very Very poor service.
