[Resolved]  Flipkart — Replacement of Moto E 4G order number OD[protected]

Hi sir/madam, My self Devilal jain i got Moto E 4G 2nd generation from flipkart on 13 may 2015 @ rs 7999.. when i open box i saw that 1st sim is not enable its always disable showing.. i cant use 1st sim.. i complaint about it on flipkart same day.. customer executive told me that he arrange call about it.. but its 48 hours gone but i still not received proper call from flipkart technical team.. i already contact flipkart approx 6 time in 24 hours but they had still not taken serious action on it.. its very serious issue about flipkart.. they had no worry about customer issue company just want to increase business but not proper product they sell.. Kindly take immediately action on flipkart about my concern and solve my issue plz.. Thanks & regd, Devilal jain Cont - [protected]
